Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
Products marked as "Free Shipping" have shipping included.
We always give you a choice in advance: what suits you best, which means the best option that meets your requirements not only in terms of delivery time but also in terms of price.
This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

Shipping Options
CGDIprog.com is a professional car key tool supplier, we provide you with a variety of safe and high-quality shipment options, we will choose the most suitable for you. The table below shows shipping options and delivery times.

China post & Yuntu ePacket, etc.
For orders under $150, Global Standard Post Shipping is usually selected by default. And you can tick Express Shipping Service (Premium Delivery) to choose express delivery.
If your address is in a remote area, a remoteness fee will apply. If you have special requirements, please remember to leave a message after completing the order.

Special shipment

1) Notice for Brazil customers:

If you want to ship the item by DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx, you have to provide us your CPF No. (tax No.),
it's is necessary for Express and customs clearance. If you don't have CPF No., you can use EMS, Hong Kong post or Singapore post.

2) Some specific countries can choose EMS Service only: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, France, etc.

Order Processing Time
All our order are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will email you an updated Tracking Number that you can use to follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

For international orders. If the item Are Not shipped from a local warehouse in your country/region, you, as the customer Should be responsible for import duties.However, if you need duty savings, please email Sales@CGDIprog.com to instruct us how much value you need to add to your invoice.
